General Manager

A training provider veteran of nearly 20 years - but by no means an oldie! As General Manager of New Horizons Newcastle my main responsibilities are to oversee and manage the day to day running of our Newcastle Training Centre, ensuring there is a “fit for purpose” structure in place to maintain the high quality service New Horizons is renowned for worldwide.

In my spare time I carry the usual responsibilities of a devoted Father however also manage time to enjoy playing the guitar, wakeboarding and my recent passion of the last 5 years - Karate!

Operations Manager

I have worked within the training sector for over 15 years, predominately within operational management. As Operations Manager of New Horizons Newcastle I am responsible for the centres training performance, this includes scheduling and managing classes and courses. I work closely with the sales team to ensure all resources are available and the student has a fantastic learning experience with us.

I have very little spare time since my son was born, as most of my time is spent with him. If I do get a spare hour to myself though, I could be persuaded to wind down with a glass or prosecco or two!
