Cancellations and Refunds

Below are the New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Newcastle Cancellation and Refund Policies.

 General Policies
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

•Prices quoted are valid for this booking form for thirty (30) days only.
•Training fees must be paid in full no later than twenty (20) business working days prior to course commencement.
•Cancellation & Transfer Policy: For all cancellations and reschedule requests, students must notify New Horizons more than ten (10) business days prior to the date of the scheduled class. Students who do not cancel their scheduled class as outlined above will be responsible for the full amount of invoice. For full terms and conditions see your Training Consultant.
•All fees are exclusive of VAT.
•In exceptional circumstances, New Horizons Newcastle & London reserve the right to cancel, curtail and reschedule any course or event at short notice. We will refund 100% of the course/event fee in the event of cancellation by New Horizons Newcastle & London.
•Data Protection Act: The Company's privacy statement is available on our website or on request.
•New Horizons Newcastle & London will take all possible measure to ensure all software introduced to the customer's electronic devices will free of computer viruses and malicious software. The Company shall not be liable for any damage to any client or third party equipment that has been caused by malicious software as a result of software loaded by or via New Horizons. 

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
